My wife Sandy and I just wanted to thank you again for the outstanding service we received from Lamoureux Ford during a recent trip to East Brookfield.
As you may recall, we had a family member in East Brookfield with a medical emergency that required her to be admitted to the UMass Hospital in Worcester. Because of the bad weather, we couldn't rely on the airlines, so we drove up from South Carolina. We experienced some relatively minor (but potentially damaging) car trouble upon arrival in East Brookfield so we stopped at Lamoureux Ford. Because of the medical situation we were dealing with, you were very gracious to schedule the work on the car and get us back on the road in a very timely manner. With everything else we had gong on at the time, you removed a real load off our backs by resolving the car issue.
Everyone we encountered at Lamoureux Ford was gracious and hospitable. Thanks again for what can only be described as "first class" service.
